Hello!

My name is Alexandra (she/her/hers); I'm a licensed mental health counselor (LIC#LH61516506) based in Washington State. I specialize in working with trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, anxiety, and depression. I offer EMDR therapy, as well as other evidence-based modalities. I prioritize rapport and attunement with each client, and I bring in tools based on each individual's needs and goals in therapy.
